About Job:

Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office files
  • Take minutes at meetings
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Arrange flight and hotel booking
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Maintain records of decisions
  • Prepare documents and reports on the computer
  • Schedule GM meetings
  • Prepare agendas for meetings
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Direct calls and respond to inquiries

Qualifications:

  • A degree in any related field
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English language spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Good sense of responsibility, honesty, ability to handle confidential information
  • 2- 4 years of experience
