Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the projects from a to z between the clients and Yadonia Group Team and ensure all data is collected before starting the project
- Occasionally assist in producing content and photos for the projects
- Provide support for the clients in terms of setting up emails, fixing bugs… etc
- Register domain names
- Create hosting accounts
- Create the email accounts and manage them for the clients
- Do full quality assurance and insure that the project is delivered as per the client requirements
Qualifications:
- A car is a must
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent in English language (writing / speaking / reading)
- Excellent computer & Internet skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good background in programming languages & graphic design programs
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
